Summary
This study is for people with metastatic pancreatic cancer that has spread. It tests a new combination of three drugs (S-1, nab-paclitaxel, and gemcitabine) to find the safest and most effective dose. About 70 participants will take part to see how well the treatment shrinks tumors and controls the disease.
