Fertility boost? gamified lifestyle training aims to empower women in IVF

Summary
This study tests whether a gamified healthy lifestyle training program helps women undergoing fertility treatments like IVF feel more confident and adopt healthier habits. About 105 women will be split into three groups: one gets the game-like program plus a booklet, another gets only the booklet, and the third gets standard care. Researchers will measure changes in healthy behaviors and self-efficacy over three months.
