First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether combining motivational interviewing with digital game assignments can prevent pregnant women who quit smoking from relapsing after giving birth. Seventy-two women in their second trimester who stopped smoking early in pregnancy will receive either the special counseling plus games or standard prenatal advice. Researchers will check if they stay smoke-free three months after delivery.
