Summary

This study tests whether a game-based exercise plan can increase physical activity in childhood cancer survivors aged 10 to 16. The child and a parent or caregiver both take part in the program. Researchers will also see if the plan improves the child's quality of life. The goal is to help survivors become more active and feel better after cancer treatment.
