First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looked at whether using a balloon-assisted endoscope (G-Eye) together with artificial intelligence (CAD-Eye) finds more polyps than a standard colonoscopy with AI alone. About 341 people aged 50-74 who had a positive stool test took part. The goal was to see if the combination improves detection rates in real-world settings.
