Summary
This study tests whether a drug called G-CSF (filgrastim) can help protect brain structure and thinking skills in people with a specific type of glioblastoma (MGMT-methylated). About 60 participants will receive either standard chemoradiation alone or with added G-CSF. The goal is to see if G-CSF reduces brain shrinkage and preserves memory and thinking.
