First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a 12-week program of functional task training (like standing up, walking, and carrying objects) can improve muscle strength and daily function in older adults with sarcopenia. 30 people aged 60 and older will be randomly assigned to different exercise groups. The goal is to see which type of training works best for building muscle and reducing age-related decline.
