Summary
This study tests whether an 8-session nutrition education program is practical and well-liked by patients in a general medicine clinic. The program focuses on eating more fiber-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. About 42 adults with prediabetes, diabetes, or obesity will take part for around 5 months. Researchers will track weight changes and dietary habits to see if the program helps improve health.
