Summary
This study looked at whether giving 7-11-year-old children in Shanghai a daily breakfast with fruits and vegetables could improve their thinking, mood, and attention. Over 250 kids took part, eating the extra produce for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in cognitive skills, mood, and attention to see if a simple diet change makes a difference.
