Summary
This study compares a new drug, frexalimab, to the standard drug tacrolimus in adults receiving their first kidney transplant. The goal is to see if frexalimab is better at preventing organ rejection and improving kidney function over 5 years. Participants must have low-to-moderate rejection risk and will take medication indefinitely.
