Summary

This study gives 400 adults with diabetes or prediabetes free fresh food boxes and nutrition education twice a month for six months. Researchers will check if this helps lower blood sugar levels and reduce food insecurity. The goal is to see if better access to healthy food can improve diabetes control and prevent the condition from getting worse.
