Summary

This study is testing whether giving free fresh food boxes and nutrition education to 400 adults with diabetes or prediabetes can improve their diet, reduce food insecurity, and help control blood sugar levels. Participants receive food boxes twice a month for six months. The goal is to see if this approach can lower HbA1c levels and improve overall health.
