Summary

This study tests a mobile health program that combines exercise and nutrition advice to help older adults (60+) with colorectal cancer reduce frailty and improve physical fitness. About 140 participants will use the program on their smartphones and be compared to those receiving standard care. The goal is to see if this approach can boost strength, activity levels, and overall health.
