Summary

This study tests whether a more targeted (focal) radiation boost can better preserve urinary quality of life compared to standard whole gland treatment in men with intermediate- or high-risk prostate cancer. About 58 participants will receive either focal or whole gland high dose-rate brachytherapy plus external beam radiation. The main goal is to measure changes in urinary function over 24 months using a standard questionnaire.
