Summary

This study tests whether delivering healthy food and teaching kitchen skills at home can improve blood pressure and nutrition in adults who have high blood pressure and struggle to afford food. About 200 participants will be split into two groups: one gets the food and skills program, the other gets standard care. Researchers will measure blood pressure, blood sugar, and food security over time.
