Summary

This study tests whether eating 12 grams of safflower oil every day can improve muscle strength, size, and endurance in older adults with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss). Researchers will compare the oil to a placebo over time. The goal is to find a simple dietary way to help seniors stay stronger and more mobile.
