Summary
This early study tests a nasal spray called foralumab in 5 adults with multiple system atrophy (MSA), a rare brain disease that gets worse over time. The goal is to see if the drug can reduce harmful brain inflammation and slow down symptoms like movement problems. Researchers will check safety and measure changes in brain scans and symptom scores over 6 months.
