Study: daily foot exercises may ease nerve pain for diabetes patients
NCT ID NCT06518486
Summary
This study tested whether two simple exercise programs could help people with type 2 diabetes. Researchers compared a specific foot-ankle exercise routine, a walking program, and standard education to see which best improved foot nerve health, stress, and quality of life over 12 weeks. They also checked effects on blood sugar, weight, and blood pressure. The goal was to find safe, do-at-home activities to help control diabetes complications.
