Foot massage tested as Drug-Free migraine relief
NCT ID NCT06828315
Summary
This study tested whether adding foot reflexology to usual migraine care helps reduce pain and fatigue. 78 adults with migraine were split into two groups: one received 10 sessions of foot reflexology, while the other continued their usual treatment only. Researchers measured changes in pain, tiredness, and quality of life to see if the reflexology made a difference.
