Summary
This study looked at whether an 8-week foot exercise program could help people with fibromyalgia who have foot pain. 27 adults with fibromyalgia took part. The program focused on strengthening the small muscles in the feet. Researchers measured changes in foot pain, function, and sensitivity to pressure before and after the program.
