Summary

This study looks at whether adding foot core exercises to regular strength training can improve jump performance in professional volleyball players. About 43 male players will be split into two groups: one does strength training only, the other adds foot core exercises. Jump height and force will be measured using a special system called ForceDecks. The goal is to find better ways to boost performance and prevent injuries.
