First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether foot core exercises done at home via video calls can reduce pain and improve walking in people with rheumatoid arthritis. Eighteen adults will be split into two groups: one gets live video sessions, the other gets recorded exercises. The goal is to see if remote coaching works as well as in-person care.
