Summary
This study tests whether foot and ankle exercises using an elastic band can prevent diabetic foot ulcers in people with diabetic neuropathy. Researchers will track 80 participants with type 2 diabetes and nerve damage to see if the exercises reduce ulcer risk, improve nerve function, blood sugar control, and walking speed. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to protect feet from serious complications.
