This study looks at whether foot and ankle exercises using elastic bands can help prevent diabetic foot ulcers in people with diabetic neuropathy. About 80 participants with type 2 diabetes and nerve damage in their feet will do these exercises. Researchers will track how many ulcers develop and check for improvements in nerve function, blood sugar control, walking speed, and foot movement.
