Summary
This pilot study tests a 6-month program where a 'Nurturing Care Family Navigator' helps low-income new moms find food, healthcare, and other resources. 72 moms with low or very low food security will either get the navigator plus an educational workbook, or just the workbook. The goal is to see if the navigator improves food security and helps moms feel more confident accessing community services.
