First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a 'Food as Medicine' program for 250 children aged 8-15 who are at risk for chronic diseases like obesity. Families get help from a community health worker who sets nutrition goals and connects them to healthy food resources. The goal is to see if this improves diet quality and health over 12 months compared to usual care.
