New pill could boost exercise for teens with half a heart

Summary
This study tests whether a daily pill called udenafil can improve exercise ability in teenagers who had the Fontan procedure for single-ventricle heart disease. About 436 teens aged 12 to 18 will take either the drug or a placebo for 26 weeks. The main goal is to see if their peak oxygen use during exercise increases.
