Summary
This study tests whether a fecal transplant (FMT) can help ventilated patients with drug-resistant lung infections. The goal is to see if restoring healthy gut bacteria can lower the risk of death within 28 days. The trial will involve 60 adults in the ICU who are on breathing machines and have a multidrug-resistant infection.
