NCT ID NCT07042438

First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether a fecal transplant from healthy donors can repair gut damage caused by antibiotics and chemotherapy in lymphoma patients receiving CAR T-cell therapy. About 56 adults with relapsed or hard-to-treat lymphoma will be randomly assigned to get either the transplant or a placebo. The goal is to see if restoring healthy gut bacteria improves the body's response to cancer treatment.
