Summary
This study tests whether giving the drug epcoritamab before and after CAR-T cell therapy can help people with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma. About 31 adults will receive epcoritamab injections, then CAR-T cells, and possibly more epcoritamab if lymphoma remains. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and improves treatment response.
