Summary

This study explores whether floating in a special tank that reduces outside noise and light can help adults with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Thirty people with PTSD will try floating and report changes in symptoms like stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. The goal is to see if this relaxing experience can be a helpful addition to PTSD care.
