New study tests EFT and CBT for PTSD in veterans and families

Summary
This study looks at whether group therapy using EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) can help reduce PTSD symptoms in veterans and their family members. About 100 participants will attend group sessions and report their symptoms before, right after, and up to a year later. The goal is to see if these therapies provide lasting relief.
