This study compares two types of dental appliances—a fixed Twin Block and a removable Twin Block—used to treat a condition where the lower jaw sits too far back in growing children and teenagers. Both appliances guide the lower jaw forward during growth. Using 3D scans before and after treatment, researchers will measure changes in jaw bones, teeth, facial profile, and the jaw joint to see which appliance works better.
