First seen Jan 02, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looked at whether asking patients for regular feedback during therapy (called Feedback-Informed Therapy or FIT) can help clinics offer more timely and efficient care. Researchers compared two psychiatric clinics in Sweden—one using FIT and one not—using data from over 200 patients. The goal was to see if FIT leads to shorter waiting lists and better use of therapy resources.
