Summary
This study tests a program called FIT Families, designed to help African American teens (ages 12-17) with obesity and their caregivers lose weight and improve health. The program is culturally tailored and delivered by community health workers. About 360 teens and their caregivers will take part to see if the program reduces body fat and supports healthier habits.
