Summary

This study tests whether fisetin, a natural compound, can reduce aging cells in the body and improve walking ability in 34 people aged 50+ with peripheral artery disease (PAD). Participants will take fisetin or a placebo for 4 months. The main goal is to see if fisetin helps them walk farther in 6 minutes and improves hand strength.
