Could a berry compound turn back the clock on aging arteries?
NCT ID NCT06133634
Summary
This study is testing if a natural compound called fisetin, found in fruits and vegetables, can improve blood vessel function and reduce artery stiffness in adults aged 65 and older. Researchers want to see if short-term, intermittent treatment is safe and if it works by reducing certain markers of cellular aging and stress. The goal is to find a new way to manage age-related declines in cardiovascular health.
