Summary

This study looked at whether adding a device called TENS (which uses mild electrical pulses) to regular physical therapy can reduce pain during movement in people with fibromyalgia. 459 adults with fibromyalgia took part. The goal was to see if TENS helps with pain, daily activities, and the need for pain medication.
