Summary
This study aims to see if combining two existing medications works better than one alone for managing fibromyalgia pain. It will enroll 750 adults with moderate to severe fibromyalgia who haven't found relief from standard treatments. Researchers will compare pain levels, side effects, and quality of life between people taking pregabalin alone and those taking pregabalin plus venlafaxine.
