Summary
This study is testing if a new combination of two drugs works better for fibromyalgia pain than the current standard drug alone. It will involve 384 adults with moderate to severe fibromyalgia who haven't found enough relief from other non-drug treatments. The goal is to see if the drug combo provides stronger pain relief without causing significantly more side effects.
