Summary
This study looks at whether adding 10 grams of fibre to your daily diet for two weeks can improve mental wellbeing, including anxiety, stress, sleep, and mood. About 40 healthy adults aged 18 to 40 will take part. Researchers will measure changes using standard questionnaires before and after the diet change.
