Summary
This phase 3 trial tests a procedure called FETO, where a balloon is placed in the windpipe of a fetus to help lungs grow. It is for pregnant women carrying a baby with severe congenital diaphragmatic hernia, a condition where the diaphragm has a hole and organs move into the chest. The study will compare outcomes with standard care to see if FETO improves survival and lung growth.
