NCT ID NCT07394413
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study reviews past research and hospital data to compare three types of fertility-sparing surgeries for cervical adenocarcinoma: conization, simple trachelectomy, and radical trachelectomy. The goal is to see which offers the best balance between controlling cancer and allowing future pregnancy. Researchers will look at recurrence rates, survival, and pregnancy outcomes in 100 women.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
What this could lead to
If successful, this could help doctors choose the best fertility-sparing surgery for cervical adenocarcinoma, balancing cancer control with the chance of having a baby.
What could go wrong
This is a review of existing data, not a new treatment trial. It may not provide definitive answers due to differences in past studies.
