First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests personalized treatments for young women with endometrial cancer who want to preserve their fertility. By analyzing the genetic makeup of each tumor, doctors will assign the most effective therapy—such as hormone therapy or immunotherapy—to improve the chance of complete cancer remission. The goal is to tailor treatment to each patient's cancer type, reduce the need for hysterectomy, and help more women achieve a healthy pregnancy later.
