Summary

This study aims to preserve fertility for up to 500 female patients under 40 who are at risk of infertility due to cancer, autoimmune diseases, or their treatments. Participants will have an ovary surgically removed and frozen for potential future use. Researchers will also study how to improve the freezing and maturation of ovarian tissue.
