New study aims to make spinal positioning less painful for femur fracture patients

Summary

This study compares two ultrasound-guided nerve blocks (S-FICB and PENG) to see which one better reduces pain when positioning patients for spinal anesthesia during femur fracture surgery. About 70 adults aged 20-70 will participate. The goal is to find the block that provides better pain relief, longer-lasting effects, and fewer side effects.
