Summary

This Phase 3 study tests a new drug called felzartamab in 180 people with primary membranous nephropathy (PMN), a kidney disease where the body's immune system attacks the kidneys. Felzartamab is a lab-made antibody designed to stop that attack. The study compares felzartamab to the standard drug tacrolimus. The main goal is to see if more patients achieve complete remission (low urine protein and stable kidney function) after 104 weeks of treatment.
