Summary

This Phase 3 trial is testing a new gel called SNP-ACTH (1-39) against the standard drug rituximab in 148 adults with primary membranous nephropathy, a rare kidney condition. The goal is to see if the gel can better reduce protein in the urine and protect kidney function over 24 months. Participants are at high risk of kidney decline and will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments.
