Summary
This study tests whether combining fasting with exercise can slow the aging process in healthy adults over 65. Two hundred forty participants will be split into four groups: exercise only, fasting only, both, or neither. Researchers will measure biological age using DNA markers and other health tests over one year to see if these lifestyle changes make a difference.
