First seen Jan 26, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tested a new way to measure physical fatigue during everyday tasks like walking and lifting, going beyond just walking tests. Researchers worked with 40 people—stroke survivors and older adults with sarcopenia—to see how their bodies and minds responded to fatigue. The goal is to create a more complete fatigue assessment to support healthy aging.
