Summary

This Phase 3 trial tests the Reprieve System, a bedside device that automatically adjusts diuretic and saline infusion based on a patient's urine output, to treat acute decompensated heart failure. Researchers will compare it to standard diuretic therapy in 400 hospitalized adults. The goal is to see if the device removes fluid more efficiently, reduces hospital readmissions, and lowers the risk of death within 30 days.
